36th Street North Corridor

This Initiative is designed to reestablish a vibrant and thriving, mixed-use, urban community along a key thoroughfare in Tulsa Oklahoma. The Corridor strategy is broken into 2 sub-zones, each with distinctive characteristics and purpose. The first zone comprises an entertainment district adjacent to the new downtown Osage Casino & Hotel. This zone targets mixed-use development that has more regional presence, drawing from a wide radius.  It is comprised of 2 large tracts of land that will develop and provide for the much needed hospitality inside the downtown corridor.

The second  zone is a new urban pedestrian focus town center, which targets approximately a quarter mile of redevelopment along the corridor that will bring new stakeholders, to this devised and newly dentist  urban development that will establish anhtpp://alfrescogroupllc.com/journey-urban-centerd pedestrian focused corridor for the near downtown communities of north Tulsa.  Journey Urban Center.
